History of our company
In 2018 the German gastroenterologist and internal medicine specialist Dr. Michael Peters founded German Clinic Marbella together with a small group of 6 specialists.
In 2023 the team changed and Montserrat González Tovar, lawyer with MBA degree, entered the company as managing director and a second clinic was opened in Estepona, where the former Lyme Clinic Marbella became Compass Clinic.
Currently German Clinic Marbella and Compass Clinic Estepona provide medical care for international and local patients on the Costa de Sol in different languages (English, Spanish, German, French, Farsi, Romanian, etc.) in a total of 14 specialties.
Compass Clinic further specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of several complex and chronic diseases, which are difficult to manage without the necessary time and dedication.
Our Company's philosophy
We always take the necessary time to see, examine and listen to each and every patient. Our approach is diagnostic, not symptomatic – we prefer to identify the cause of a medical problem and treat this rather than the symptoms.
We provide individual high-quality medicine. All our specialists are selected for their medical experience and their friendly personality. We are proud to be a clinic where you are always greeted and treated with a smile.
Facilities
Compass Clinic is situated in Urbanisation Guadalmansa, beside the A7 at km 164 and the beautiful beach, between Marbella and Estepona. 500 m2 give room to a great physiotherapy gym, a meeting room, a spacious waiting area, 4 consultations and treatments rooms and all other necessary installations.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and a brand new ventilation system provides perfect ventilation in all rooms. This is constantly checked by C02 monitors. Bathrooms are fully accessible for wheelchairs and patients with reduced mobility.
Free parking available directly at the clinic.
