Dr. Fernando Gallardo Pedrajas

Dr. Gallardo Pedrajas is the Head of the Angiology and Vascular Disease Unit at Compass Clinic, with a distinguished career in diagnosing and treating a wide range of vascular pathologies, including aneurysms, thrombosis, varicose veins, diabetic foot, stroke, and peripheral arterial disease.

His advanced qualifications include certifications in endovascular procedures and radiological techniques for vascular diagnostics, granted by the Medical Physics Spanish Association. He has completed clinical training in leading medical centers across France, the UK, and the United States.

Dr. Gallardo combines medical practice with academic and scientific work: he is Assistant Professor in Surgery at the University of Málaga and a faculty member of the European Society of Vascular Surgery (ESVS), where he serves as Convenor for aorta and vascular access training.

He has published numerous scientific papers and has participated in over 100 international lectures and conferences. He also holds key positions in professional societies, including Secretary of the Andalusian Vascular Society and member of the Board of Directors of SEACV, the American Cardiology JACC Journal, and the editorial board of JVET.
